• Opt-in: By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive text messages from AOG Critical Logistics Inc.
• Message frequency: Varies based on dispatch activity and operational needs.
• Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

• Phone numbers collected for SMS will not be shared with or sold to third parties.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding shipments and pickup/delivery requirements
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of all freight tendered to AOG Critical
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions regarding the goods being shipped
• Not tender prohibited, hazardous, or illegal items without prior written authorization

4. Liability Limitations

AOG Critical will make every effort to meet requested pickup and delivery times. However, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, carrier delays, or acts of God.

Our liability for loss or damage to freight is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the applicable carrier tariff, whichever is less, unless additional coverage is arranged in advance.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as agreed upon in your service arrangement with AOG Critical. Invoices not paid within the agreed term may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of AOG Critical Logistics Inc. and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

8. Changes to These Terms
